« Range — not confirmed » means the supplier has not confirmed a figure in writing. We would rather leave it blank than quote one we cannot stand behind.

Where you can ride what.

The two families are not interchangeable. This is the single thing to get right before ordering.

E-bikes — City & Folding
Road legal
250 W rated, assistance cutting out at 15.5 mph, pedals. That is an EAPC: no licence, no tax, no insurance, no registration. Ride anywhere a bicycle may go. Age 14+.
Scooters — X1 & X1 Pro
Private land only
Privately owned e-scooters are not legal on UK roads, cycle lanes or pavements. These are sold for use on private land with the landowner’s permission.

At these prices, you’d be right to double-check.

We buy the remaining stock of a model outright, sell it direct with no shop and no dealer network, and stop when the lot is gone. That is the whole reason for the price — there is no subscription, no delivery charge and nothing to pay on arrival.

  • Final price — VAT and UK delivery included, nothing added after you order.
  • Free 14-day returns — full refund, no reason needed.
  • 2-year warranty — parts and labour, handled by UK support.
  • A registered company, not a marketplace listing — COMOGIA LTD, Company No. 17090269, England.

What we get asked most.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price shown includes VAT and free delivery anywhere in mainland UK. The amount shown before payment is the amount taken, once. No subscription, no later charge, and the courier asks you for nothing.

Do I need a licence or insurance for the e-bikes?

No. Both e-bikes are 250 W rated with assistance cutting out at 15.5 mph, which makes them Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles under UK law. An EAPC needs no licence, no vehicle tax, no registration and no insurance, and you may ride it anywhere a normal bicycle is allowed. You must be 14 or over.

Can I ride the scooters on the road?

No. Privately owned electric scooters are not legal on public roads, cycle lanes or pavements in the UK. The X1 and X1 Pro are sold for use on private land, with the permission of whoever owns it. If you need something road-legal, take one of the two e-bikes.

What if it is not for me?

You have fourteen days from delivery. The return is at our expense, the refund is in full, and you do not have to give a reason. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we go no further than honouring it properly.

How long until it arrives?

Dispatched from the UK — free, tracked, 7–10 working days. You get the tracking number by email and text as soon as it leaves.

Is it ready to ride out of the box?

Almost. On the e-bikes the handlebar and pedals clamp on; on the scooters the handlebar clamps on. The charger is in the box and the tools are supplied. It arrives part-charged, so give it a full charge before the first long ride.
